Will out of stock items be restocked?

No, items out of stock will not be restocked so grab them while they are in stock! Do not worry if you miss out, more exciting items will be added at the next launch!

What is the return policy?

We are sad that your item did not work for you, but it is easy to return! 


Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Please use the contact form to inform us of your return. You may request store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email of a gift card in the amount of the item(s) you purchased. Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. 


Inside of your return, please include your order number and a note of why your product did not work out for you. The return address will be emailed to you after the return process is started. 


Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Initial order shipping cost will not be refunded. SunnyBeanCo is not responsible for lost packages. 


Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.

All sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

Items that are final sale and not eligible for returns: bags, jewelry, accessories and bodysuits. 

Can I exchange my item?

No, there are no exchanges. All items that did not work out, need to be returned first for store credit. This excludes items that are final sale. Once a return is made and store credit is issued, you may purchase the new size if the item is in stock. 

Is there local pick up? 

Yes! When the shipping question prompts you during checkout, you will be able to select pickup as an option now! Local pickup is available at our business location only. We do not deliver personally to you or meet up.


SunnyBeanCo pickup times are as follows: Monday-Thursday 10-4pm. The address will be provided to you at confirmation. *SBC is not responsible for lost or stolen items* You MUST pick up items within two days of "shipping email". If not picked up within window, items will be no longer be available to you and you will only receive a *partial* refund of the items. 


Shipping is still a flat rate, however, there is free shipping over $125. 

What sizes do you carry?

Our goal is to be body positive and size inclusive. Most items will be carried in small-2XL. In the near fuure, we will be carrying more extended sizes in some of our pieces. Since we are new, quantities are limited, so make sure to order when new launches are dropped!

When are launches?

Launches will be every 2-3 weeks. Being a growing company, please give us grace. Do not worry though, all items will be posted on our social media before launch with plently of warning for launches! All launches will be Saturday at 9 A.M. CST. 

What if my item came damaged?

Please email pictures of damaged pieces within 48 hours of delivery to receive store credit. 

Can you add a promo code after checkout to receive the discount?

No, we cannot grant discounts or promo codes after check out. You may cancel your order if it is not shipped, however, shipping will not be refunded. 

When will my order ship?

We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible. Please allow us up to 5 business days to get them shipped.
